Interim Subscriber Export Fix

The export engine was causing issues for some clients due to legacy encoding and random characters stored in fields of the campaign database. An interim fix has been released to restore this service. 

How to use the interim Subscriber Export function

The workflow to export subscribers has not changed, simply use the Search / Segment option to build the list of subscribers and associated data you wish to export.

On the Search Results page you will have the same options as before. Simply choose your export preference and then enter a filename (this step will be removed when the final update is  released) and click ok. 

The service is run every few minutes so there may be a processing lag of a maximum 5 minutes, so please check back if your file is not listed.
