DMARC Email System Updates

Purpose

To ensure customers that have a standard or FREEMIUM account are issued a Zulu eDM Campaign email address to ensure compliance. Professional accounts and above will be able to use their own domain if DMARC complaint.

Areas Updated

The following areas within the system will see changes:
  • Account settings
    • More visible email and messaging settings 
    • An additional email address called "Approved Sender Email" OR "Approved Domain" for Pro accounts and above
  • Campaign Settings
    • FREEMIUM and Standard account holders will be restricted to the approved sender email address
    • Domains will be set for Pro account holders and above. Email addresses will be flexible according to user needs
  •  Web Forms
    • FREEMIUM and Standard account holders will be restricted to the approved sender email address
      Domains will be set for Pro account holders and above. Email addresses will be flexible according to user needs
