Captcha Code - Security Code on Web Forms

Posted by Victoria Zulu on 27 August 2016 09:45 AM

When setting up a Web Form you have the option of selecting if you want to include a CAPTCHA Security code. This code helps to ensure that you don't get spammers completing your form.

To add this option you need to go into the settings of your Web Form and in the "Global Tab" (see image below) tick the "Include Captcha" option.

Once you have ticked this option make sure to Save your Web Form before exiting the page. Below is an example of what the Captcha Security Code may look like when it is added on to your Web Form.

** If you are having issues with entering in the security code please try and force refresh your browser "CTRL + F5" or if using Internet Explorer please try using Chrome or Firefox as they are much better working browsers.
