Not receiving emails?

The world has tightened up on email delivery especially if you are sending emails from your domain (marketing@domain.com) from service such as Zulu eDM to your organization or to your web mail host.

i.e. Yahoo under no circumstances will accept mail with yahoo.com, or gmail.com etc coming from anywhere other than their servers. Business email / corporate email depends on who is the host and the mail admin. 

What do I do?

(please note this is now standard across the industry)

Until we put in restrictions for mail to only be sent from a zuluedm.com address, you must at least:

1.) Implement an SPF record (see your techie). This is the first authentication that we can send on your behalf. Please see this article on how to implement the records.

2.) For Zulu eDM pro customers we can set-up DKIM and DMARC, this article may help

The quickest and best solution is this to use youraccount@zuluedm.com as the sending email address.

Then use your own email as the reply to address. See below:
