Can't access our servers

If you can not access your Zulu eDM or Zulu eLearning account please perform the following tasks:

  1. Check you can access other web pages (like this page) 
  2. If you can access this support article then your issue may be server specific
  3. Please check our Tweets www.twitter.com/zululabsshaka or this section of our support site for any server upgrade notices 
  4. If neither contain upgrade notifications then please lodge a ticket 
  5. If your ticket is not responded to by a Tribe member please feel free to call
