Email Deliverability - letter to send ISP's

This article is to help clients that are having issues with email getting through to particular ISP's. We monitor deliverability everyday and ensure we are doing the best we can however some ISP's just want to block email.... it doesn't make sense but it is true.

If you are having problems with an ISP and you have an account with the ISP then we recommend this:

1.) Send an email with the attached letter to their support delartment.

 

Dear ISP Support,

I am a customer of yours and also a client of Zulu eDM our ESP. You have blocked their IP range and it is important that I receive the marketing communications from Zulu eDM. All of what you need to unblock their service is in the attached letter.
