Barracuda Networks - your personal email is bouncing

Whilst we monitor the quality of your lists sometimes poor data slips through. This article may help you if Barracuda blocks your domain or IP address.

IMPORTANT: We will know if it is our IP address range that has been blocked and we will address the issue. Importantly this support item is for organizations where their personal emails are bouncing.

Barracuda Networks https://www.barracuda.com provides a SPAM filtering service which customers of their firewall applications subscribe to. They have a a central list of 'known' SPAM sources. You may have been added to that list if you have a bounce back from them.

If you are receiving Barracuda bouncebacks when trying to contact clients / prospects or subscribers then it is possible Barracuda has blacklisted you.

What to do:

1.) You will need the IP address of your mail server. This article will show you how to get this information...

2.) Next, use this form to try and have your domain / IP removed http://www.barracudacentral.org/rbl/removal-request 

3.) Please notify us of any response / issues from Barracuda by emailing support@au.zululabs.com
