How can I add my "sign up" web form into my business Facebook account?

#1. Log in into your Facebook account.

#2: Go to the page you want to add the sign up button.

#3: Click on the "Create call to action" button which is located at the bottom of your cover photo, as per the image below.



#4: after you clicked on it, you will see a Pop up page (as per the image below). You will need to click on "choose a button" menu bar and select "sign up"



#5: after you have selected  the "sign up" option you will be able to add in a link to your web form in the box called "website". Then click on create (Please see  image below)



#6: The sign up button should have been created at this point and you will be able to see it straight away on the same button you were editing before.
