How can I improve my unsubscribe rates?

It is normal to experience unsubscribes from each eDM that gets delivered (obviously the less the better).

In order to ensure the lowest unsubscribe number we would suggest:

1. Make sure all emails are relevant and informative. If there is only one product in an email and you send 4 emails per month perhaps it's worth reducing the number to 2 or 1 email per month with all of the different products in the one email. You can send a survey to customers to find out more about what they want using the system as well – instructions on how to do this are here

2. Make sure that you are organically adding new users into the system frequently. This can be done by adding Mailing List forms into your website to get new subscribers or you can create a form for the sales people to complete when they have their own new contacts. Or you can import additional contacts for each sales person via CSV file.
