Zulu Labs Support Overview
Our support center is the heart of how we keep our tribe of customers and users informed with product information, enhancements fixes, tasks and any relevant industry related information.
To register for the online support ticketing system – simply click here and enter your details.
You will have access to this dashboard shown below. From here you will be able to view submitted tickets and see their progress, submit new tickets, view our complete online knowledgebase and there are also links to connect with us on social media.
This area allows you to view the status of all of your submitted tickets and respond to any questions we may need to ask to have your support query resolved.
Submit a Ticket
This screen allows you to submit new tickets to be responded to by our support staff. Any issues or questions you may have about your software will be answered by our team of experts.

Live Online Support
You will notice in your accounts we now have a Live Support link which is located in the top right of all our accounts. When online you can click on this button and a live chat session will be activated with one of our helpful support staff.
If the Live Support is offline you can still click on the link and submit your query which will be responded to as soon as one of our staff are available.
