Can’t load modules

There’s a few reasons why users might not be seeing the content.

1. It’s still loading (slow internet speeds may cause the content to load quite slowly) – get him to try pressing CTRL + F5 on his keyboard to see if that improves things

2. The internet browser is having issues. We strongly suggest downloading Firefox to see if this improves the issue.

3.  If none of the above work – get them to try log in on another computer or device to see if that resolves the issue.
