If I have scheduled a campaign to send can I alter the content before it is delivered?

To alter the content in a campaign you have already scheduled to be sent you need to:

1. Locate the campaign you have scheduled. It should have a 'yellow' icon above the envelope like this.

Click on the envelope/or the name of the campaign. You will be taken to a screen that looks like this.

Click the "Cancel This Campaign" button.

This will direct you back to the Campaign Information screen where you can move through the campaign to edit the content.

When you have completed editing the content remember to check that the campaign is still scheduled for the day and time you selected and you will need to press "send" again to schedule the send in our servers.
