Yes you can.
The system won't allow you to complete anonymous surveys (email address is mandatory within our accounts) but for surveying your existing database on your products or services it's perfect!
All you need to do is create your questions using the Build & Group Fields area available in the Address Book drop down menu. Instructions on how to create your survey fields is available here for you.
Once you have created your questions you'll need to create a new Web Form that will act as your Survey, instructions on how to do this are available here for you.
Once your Survey is created you can place it where your customers can start completing it.
You can either use a direct link to the Survey or create a Landing Page that the survey can sit in.
