Setting Group specific sender information

Why would you use this feature?

- You want emails to your customers to come from a dedicated sales person

- You want to personalise the email sender for a specific group of people.

So how do you set this up?

1. Navigate to the "Address Book" in your account and select "Create and Edit Groups" from the dropdown menu.

2. You'll be directed to a screen which lists all of your groups within your account. On the left hand side 'shortcut menu' select the Group you want to add "Sender Info" for.

3. You'll be austomaticall directed to the 'Members' screen of the Group you have selected. There are four tabs at the top of this screen, select the tab named "Sender Info".

4. On this screen you need to enter the email address (Sender Address) and the name (Sender Name) of the sender you want to assign to this group. Once you have completed this information, hit "Save".

5. You'll be automatically directed to the 'details' screen of the group, where you will see the "Sender Address" section have been set.
