If an email bounces back does this automatically unsubscribe the contact?

By default, the Zulu eDM system (as part of SPAM legislation) will automatically unsubscribe Hard Bounces. Soft bounces are reporting in the campaign statistics, which are left to you to manage.

You can however set the system up to unsubscribe all bounce backs. Should you wish to set this up:
  1. Click on Settings from the main navigation bar.
  2. In the Settings screen, select General Settings.
  3. Edit the Auto Unsubscribe Bounce backs option by clicking on the pencil icon.
  4. Click on the Auto Unsubscribe Bounce back checkbox to enable this option.
  5. Click the Save button to save your settings. Every bounce back will now be automatically unsubscribed.
