Why is my system not letting me send a campaign?

  1. Make sure you do not have any unpaid or outstanding invoice(s) you can check this in two locations in your account.
    a. In the Email Marketing section of your account you may see an "Account Suspended" message that looks like this

    All you need to do is click the "Recharge Now" button and you'll be directed to a screen where you can pay for your outstanding invoice(s) by Credit Card or Direct Debit.
    b. In the "Invoice" section of your account. Navigate to the Your Account menu, then click Account Details > My Invoices. Here you can check for any invoices that have not yet been paid. if you have any questions about your invoices, please give us a call.

  2. Check that you have completed all the steps needed to send a campaign.
  3. Check your campaign for spam compliance (you can do this using the Spam Checker when creating your email campaign using this icon )
